Take machine learning and generative AI from pilot to governed production inside real enterprise workflows.
About the role
You will work in the AI Engineering practice — models, copilots, retrieval and evaluation — with the operations and controls needed to run AI safely after go-live.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement ML / generative AI solutions embedded in client workflows
- Build evaluation, monitoring and feedback loops for production use
- Work with engineering and platform teams on data, APIs and deployment paths
- Apply responsible-AI and governance practices appropriate to the engagement
- Document decisions so delivery teams can operate and improve the system
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience shipping ML or generative AI features beyond notebooks
- Proficiency in Python and common ML / LLM tooling
- Understanding of evaluation, monitoring and failure modes in production AI
- Ability to work with product and engineering stakeholders on scoped outcomes
Nice to have
- RAG, agents or enterprise search delivery experience
- MLOps / LLMOps pipeline experience
- Domain exposure in banking, healthcare or regulated environments
