Our story

Built on quality. Expanded into the full technology lifecycle.

Founded in 2017 in Pune, VST began as a specialist Quality Engineering partner. The brief was practical: release with evidence, lower Cost of Quality, and cut the cost of unreliable software.

That assurance depth is still a lead offering — including published outcomes in banking, healthcare, hospitality, telecom and RegTech.

Product engineering, AI, platforms, cybersecurity, advisory and managed operations grew beside it, so clients are not forced to split build, assure and run across unrelated vendors.

Our journey

Specialist roots. Complete engineering shop.

Quality Engineering is where we began. Product engineering grew beside it — then AI, platforms, security and operations — so VST reads as a full lifecycle partner.

How we work

Six principles that keep programmes honest.

How we staff, sequence and stay accountable once the engagement is live.

  1. 01

    Engineering-first approach

Practitioners who design, build, test and operate systems. Advice grounded in delivery experience.

  2. 02

    Integrated across the lifecycle

Advise, build, embed AI, secure, deploy and operate under one partner.

  3. 03

    Flexible engagement models

Start with the model that fits the work. Advisory, delivery, teams and operations can share one relationship when the roadmap needs more than one shape.

  4. 04

    Security and quality built in

Continuous testing and secure engineering as standard practice.

  5. 05

    Global delivery

Regional client teams work alongside a dedicated engineering hub in Pune.

  6. 06

    Measurable outcomes

Faster releases, scalable platforms, lower risk and lower technology debt.

Where we work from

Client engagement from Dubai and Sydney. Engineering delivery from Pune.

Working with VST

What happens after the first conversation.

How an engagement typically unfolds — before commercials and capability menus.

Start a conversation
  1. 01

    Name the constraint

Build capacity, release risk, security exposure, platform debt, or day-to-day operations — we start with the blocker, not a catalogue.

  2. 02

    Shape the smallest useful start

Often a short advisory or tightly scoped pilot with a clear outcome, boundary and exit or continue decision.

  3. 03

    Bring in the right specialists

Product, quality, security, platform or managed-services people join only when the work needs them — under one lead.

  4. 04

    Deliver, then decide to stay

Project, dedicated team or managed operations can follow without changing partners. Continuity is the point.

Evidence from programmes

Published outcomes stay attached to the industries that produced them.

Selected numbers from Quality Engineering and security engagements. Engineering, AI and operations use the same engagement discipline even where figures are not public.

How the team works

Accountable in production — not only in workshops.

Engineers, quality specialists and delivery leads who expect their work to hold after go-live.

01

Delivery over theatre

Plans matter when they change what ships next — not when they fill a slide deck.

02

Sector-aware sequencing

The cost of delay in banking is not the cost of delay in hospitality. Staffing follows that.

03

Honest scope

We will say when advisory should come before a large build — and when run is the better spend.

04

Knowledge that compounds

Named leads, written decisions and reusable assets stay with the programme when people rotate.

Careers

Work on systems that have to ship — and keep running.
